I've been working at the Harford County Public Library for about 12 or so years, and I am finally getting around to working on my MLS. I believe strongly in civic engagement and as a result, I'm involved in the Maryland Library Association as well as the Harford County Commission for Women (ex officio), and other state-wide and county organizations.
