| Introduction | My name is Sandi and I am from New York City and I am very new to this food blogging. I love to cook, love to eat, collect cookbooks and am always surfing the web for good recipe sites. I am basically a self taught cook. I watched my mother cook growing up and watch the Food Network a lot. I try to use fresh ingredients most of the time. I love fresh fruits and vegetables. I rarely measure anything, I just eyeball it. Who has the patience to measure things...LOL!! But for my recipes that I post on this site, I will give exact amounts. I like most all foods except liver (and other organ meats), lamb and black licorice. So you won't be seeing any recipes that have those things in them on this site. This is a work in progress and will add recipes as time allows. Enjoy! |
