This began as a cooking blog in 2004. I still cook, not always with food.
(Nutritionist with Masters in Public Health and Clinical Nutrition, Certificate in Integrative Medicine (no homeopathy, please), BS in Nutrition and Biochemistry. I work in the diabetes field. My former career was aerospace engineering, which I loved. How the body works is curiously similar to how an aircraft works. Except we're organic.)
