Introduction	I was a BS Hotel and Restaurant Mangement student. Now, I'm working as a Contact Center Agent for eTelecare Global Solutions, Inc. as a Hybrid Agent doing both Technical Support and Sales/Business Consultant for an accounting software called QuickBooks. I may not be in the field where I deserve to be but I like my job now. Eventually, in the future I will pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Being in a totally different industry didn't really stopped me from being a culinary person that I am. I still have some tricks kept up my sleeves. This is also a good time for me to explore and come up with new recipes. I am in to Fusion cuisines and reiventing classi, old and familiar recipes giving them a new taste, name and look. I have won several awards back then at the Gastronomia Culinary Skills Competition held annually at the prestigious Holiday Inn Hotel and Resort at Clark Field, Pampanga. I was a contender under the categories "Market Basket Classical Live Cooking" and "Plated Dessert Live Freestyle." The recipes I've made will be posted on this blog and the memories that came along with them.
