Introduction Remember that these are more like guidelines- not rules. If in doubt, start with less seasoning than called for. Remember that I’m usually guessing – I don’t use recipes much. ‘Tbls’ is my shorthand for tablespoon- tsps is teaspoon c on it’s own means cup I use a large 14” non-stick frying pan most of the time if I’m sautéing. I’d rather have more room for stirring things around than not enough. If it’s a baking recipe- I’ve based it on a real one and it’s probably safe. I’ve posted randomly- but tried to add labels that you can use to search. Enjoy!
