Ben Arbour

About me

Location Fort Worth, Texas, United States
Introduction Ben Arbour cares deeply about the body of Christ, in both its universal and local expressions, and attempts to write provocatively about areas of ecclesiology not frequently taken up in Baptist life.

He has earned an M.Div with a concentration in biblical theology and a Th.M in philosophy of religion from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is in pursuit of an MA in philosophy from the University of Dallas. Additionally, Ben will begin Ph.D work at the University of Bristol in the UK under the supervision of Dr. Oliver Crisp this fall, focusing his attention on matters of philosophical theology related to perfect being ontology and the Incarnation, paying special attention to divine omniscience.

Besides all that, Ben is married to his wife, Meg, and they have four children—Wesley, Abby, Micah, and another little boy due to be born in September.
