| Introduction | First and foremost, I'm a dad, and I love being a dad. I've got two fantastic kids. I'm married to a lovely woman who puts up with all my foibles and loves me in spite of them. I've got a number of conditions I have to work with, I have Major Depressive Disorder, Binge Eating Disorder, Social Anxiety, Type 2 Diabetes, Angina, Arthritis. I live my life in full view. It's my way of dealing with things and also because I believe that Mental Health Issues should be talked about, experiences shared etc. |

| Favorite Music | I'm a sucker for just about anyone who writes their own songs and plays their own instruments. Love Oasis, The Script, loads of stuff really - eclectic tastes |
| Favorite Books | My wife got me hooked on a series of 10 books by David Eddings - The Belgariad & The Mallorean - so good I was actually sad when I got to the end, The 4 books of the Hitch-hikers trilogy - just made me laugh so much! Don't really read a lot though |
