| Introduction | I am currently a Principal Software Architect at EMC in the Infrastructure Management Group Business Unit. I work in the CTO Office where I co-lead an effort on product interoperability called the "Interop Congress". In this role, I work with advanced Web 2.0, mashup and "Big Data" technologies to help advance our software architecture. Prior to EMC, I was a consultant and trainer and worked with many Fortune 1000 clients to deliver dynamic, data-driven solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and the Microsoft suite of development products. I have worked with SQL Server since version 1.0 (Yes, there really was a 1.0 version) on OS/2. I have been involved with the Visual Studio Team System suite of products since the beginning, and have focused heavily on Agile Database development methods using MSF and "Data Dude" (Team System for Database Professionals). |
