Alina Prusak

About Me

Alina has extensive experience in nonprofit administration, specifically related to public health organizations. Currently, she is the director of training for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, a member-based management service organization in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role she is responsible for developing, organizing and promoting professional development programs that meet learning needs for employees across nonprofit sector. Her volunteer leadership experience includes service as a board member for the Organization of Latino Social Workers Michigan Chapter. She currently serves as a board member of the Business and Professional Women of River City and the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Metro Louisville. She is also a member of the Metro Way Southwest Advisory Council. Alina received a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning at Wayne State University. Her professional development accomplishments include certification as a Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence from the American Society for Quality, and completion of postgraduate course work in nonprofit administration
