| Introduction | I have loved the idea of being over 40 for years and years. I have no fear of the number… but this is defiantly a time in a gals life when she looks back to see what still needs to be done, what needs to be conquered. It’s the step before the Bucket List. I have been uncomfortable with my weight most of my life. I have never been able to temper my relationship with food. I’ve decided it is time. This is my journey. |
