| Introduction | I am a widow, learning to live without my husband of 40 years. I now have a new partner, who is wonderful, and who has helped me SO much in the last months. Taiji Quan and Crafting keep me in the world, but recently arthritis has curtailed my activites, somewhat. I began crafting over 4 years ago, I think! egged on by my husband, who believed I could make better cards than the "ones in the shop". Oh my... that was the start of my addiction!! He did often wonder, later, why I loved it so. But it was my salvation when he died, very suddenly, in summer 2007. I am also a black belt in Lee Style Taiji quan - another passion. I teach classes and private pupils but hip and knee ops have kept me stationary for the last few months. My daughter and grandsons are very important to me. I am a Virgo, with all the problems that entails, and a wood chicken in the Chinese horoscope. |
