Favorite Books | Too many to mention, both fiction and non-fiction. Everything from historical fiction to science (genetics, physics, astronomy, etc.), I have loved books by JRR Tolkien and James Herriott and A.A. Milne. I have enjoyed books by Linda Ellerbee and Dick Cavett. I have learned from "Tribes with Flags" by Charles Glass and "From Beirut to Jerusalem" by Thomas Friedman. I have been fascinated by books by Edward O. Wilson and Leon Lederman. I have laughed out loud with James Thurber, Some Favorite Novels: "I Capture the Castle" by Dodie Smith, "The Memoirs of Cleopatra" by Margaret George, "A Gentlman of the Great War" by Mark Helprin, "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. "God Was in This Place and I i Did Not Know" by Lawrence Kushner. There... I mentioned some after all... but there are many more. |
