| Introduction | Hey everyone my name is Angela Chauca and Iam the owner of Making That Cake!I make everything from cookies, cupcakes, wedding cakes and custom cakes. I have been in the food business since I was born. My parents own an italian restaurant in Sunnyside, Queens. My mother bakes all of the time so Im gonna say my love of baking comes from her. The artist in me comes from both my parents. I went to the Institute of Culinary Education in 2007 for pastry. I became a pastry chef and since Iam also an artist that lead me to become a cake decorator. After culinary school I went on to work for Cheryl Kleinman and Ellen Baumwell. I was there for 2 years as a cake decorator. I then spent a short time as a cake decorator for Buddy Valastro. While I was working I managed to open my own business which is Making That Cake. After my work load starting becoming too much I had to quit my job and just devote all of my time to my own business. Iam very lucky to have some great clients!
