| Introduction | Hi, I am Vidya from India, creator of akshaypatre recipes. I was a central govt. employee, working at Bangalore. Now a happy home maker. After the birth of my second son, I quit my job to take care of my kids. Since then I am seriously involved in cooking. Later, I persued nutritionist course to obtain knowledge in the field of nutrition with an intention to provide healthy food to my family. I am a certified nutritionist and dietician.
