| Introduction | I worked mostly in the information field after graduating from Glasgow University in 1970. My beloved wife Di and I have been blessed with six gifted and absorbing children and four beautiful granddaughters. I served in the editorial department of the Banner of Truth Trust for more than fourteen years. In May 2011 I was diagnosed with inoperable liver cancer.
