Introduction	I've been blogging since 1998 in one spot or another. We started trying to conceive our first child on 4.24.00 and gave birth to our twin daughters on 11.14.06. During that time we had 8 early pregnancy losses as well as an adoption that fell through 3 weeks before the little boy was due to be born. I also underwent gastric bypass surgery in hopes of helping my fertility issues and have lost 160 pounds so far. Our IF diagnoses went from Obesity and PCOS to a Progesterone deficiency during the weight loss journey. We expected our third child on 9.21.08. I was admitted to the hospital at 24w3d due to extremely low fluid, suspected premature rupture of membranes and a 4 week lag in fetal growth. Things rebounded for awhile, but I underwent an emergency c-section on 7.15.08 when preeclampsia and placental breakdown were added to the other issues. Our son was born at 30w2d gestation weighing 1 pound and 14.5 ounces and measuring 12.5" in length. He is in a NICU 90 minutes from home and is holding his own so far.
