Introduction	After years of keeping all this passion to myself, I want to share with the world my love of nutrition, concern for the direction humanity is heading and document my journey into beekeeping, all while getting as many tattoos as my wee body can hold! I grew up in a very rural setting. My father was a beekeeper during my childhood, and he tried his hand at raising goats and pastured beef; my Dad was a health food enthusiast but didn't realize it!! These activities of his had a profound impact on my views of nature and living from the land. I'm a country-gone-city girl who is trying to get back to the country!
