| Introduction | Hi there! I'm Kate and its fair to say I've been bitten by the baking bug. Hard! I am most often found in the kitchen, mixing away and singing along rather loudly to the radio. I've been baking for a few years but within the last six months or so I've become somewhat of a cake geek and love experimenting with flavours (especially cocktail-cake hybrids, nom, nom, nom!) I'm currently in the process of buying my first house (equally eek! and yippee!) and am very much looking forward to having a bigger kitchen!
