Chris Ranck-Buhr

About Me

Chris began training in 1985 and has been teaching since 1990. In that time he has focused on developing and perfecting a 10-year curriculum that encompasses the entire spectrum of learner, from absolute beginner to Master Instructor. In addition to training thousands of people to use the tool of violence, he has also overseen the training of 44 Cadre Instructors (a three-year program), seven of whom achieved Master level (a 10-year program). For all that, his primary goal is to give ordinary people the tools they need to survive violent conflict. He really just wants everyone to 'get it' and make it back home alive.
