About Me

A native of Texas, transplanted by his parents to California without his consent, Bill started shooting in college during his law enforcement studies. A career diversion to the lucrative computer field meant he could not only eat, but also ride motorcycles and purchase more handguns. In 2005 he helped form HCA to provide a national organization for handgun owners. Bill currently lives in the state of confusion called California.
