Introduction I've been baking since I was a pre-teen and even trained to be a pastry chef at the Culinary Institute of America in St Helena although I've never baked as a job. Instead my day job is in high tech and I use my hapless coworkers as guinea pigs for all the recipes I try out (they don't seem to mind). Baking is fun for me, never work.
