A retired army officer, I have thereafter been a Head HR, Head OD,Head TA ( Training Academy ) of different organisations at different times. The best 27 years of my life were spent with 4/4 Gorkha Rifles and 8 Rashtriya Rifles soldiers of the army. No finer human beings breathe on this planet. It is a pity we do not get full mileage from such good stuff.
