About Me
I serve Chapelwood, a United Methodist community of grace in Houston, Texas. This summer, I complete the spiritual direction program under the auspices of the Cenacle Retreat House- and 2009 marks my 26th year under full time appointment. On this site, I explore aspects of life, health, and ministry that we rarely attend to in more than a perfunctory way: clergy spirituality, self-care, energy, and life-giving, not life-sapping, practice.
If it's "not a problem," then why say it? Can we refrain from using "hard wired?"
