About Me

Award-winning independent radio producer. I host and produce Writer's Voice, a weekly radio show and podcast, and co-host Corporate Watchdog Radio with Bill Baue and Sanford Lewis. I'm a freelance radio journalist and my pieces have appeared on NPR and public and community radio stations around the country. My feature series, VOICES OF HIV, received the Nancy Dickerson Whitehead Award in 2006 for reporting on substance abuse issues (produced for 88.5 WFCR public radio in western Massachusetts). I also write on corporate social responsibility and sustainable economics in print and online venues (e.g. Social Funds.com). And finally, I continue to work on two literary labors of love: a memoir of Provence, titled PROVINCE OF THE HEART, and a book about an underground community in wartime Holland to which my father belonged. It's titled THE ARGONAUTS. Member of the National Writer’s Union and AIR (Association of Independents in Radio)
