| Introduction | Lillian Mojica, Esquire, is a Managing Research Attorney for the G.Neil Product Development Research & Content team. Lillian oversees the team’s research activities and actively monitors federal and state employment laws to ensure G.Neil’s products are compliant and up to date. She also develops and assists in writing many of G.Neil's compliance products, from forms to training manuals. Before joining G.Neil, Lillian was a Staff Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, where she assisted judges in researching issues before the court and writing legal opinions. |
