| Introduction | I am originally from Essex but have lived all over UK due to Univesity and my husbands work. Places I have lived include Belfast, Newcastle, Cardiff, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. I hope this list to contain at least one exotic destination before long. Food is one of my great passions and I always seem to be thinking about my next meal. At bedtime I'm thinking about what to have for breakfast, at breakfast I'm planning lunch and at lunchtime, the evening meal is on my mind. Not to mention thoughts of baking in between. I am a qualified Primary School Teacher and have also taught secondary age children who have Special Educational Needs. At the moment I am working as an Assistant in an Autism Provision while taking a break from teaching due to becoming a single mum. |
