I spend my time between Germany and in the Polish border province of Lubuskie. I have a lot of free time and spend a fair amount of this driving around in my 4x4. I make most of my money by buying, selling, and renting out property in Germany. I'm currently looking into various property investments in Poland. I speak German and English, but not much Polish. I've spent a lot of my life studying (mostly in an effort to avoid a 9 to 5 job) in both Germany and England and even have a Ph.D to show for all my 'work'. So you can call me Dr. Hans if you like.
