| Introduction | The intention of this blog is to provide a site for the free exchange of ideas. Often times blogs are a vehicle for one specific ideology and have a tendency for monotony and homogeneity that creates an atmosphere that does little more than preach to the choir. To this end this blog is set up by the Rock and the Hard Place to create a free exchange of opposing ideas. We often disagree with each other on political issues and thus both of us having control over this blog will create an atmosphere that fosters dialogue instead of soliloquy.
