| Introduction | My name is Shanelle, and I am the 6th grandchild of Keith Merrill. For the last ten years, I have done a lot of research into my family history. Most of the information I obtained were names and dates. I had wanted to obtain the life history of my grandpa as part of my research, but had felt overwhelmed by the project and lacked the free time to complete it. As part of my final project for my masters degree, I decided to kill two birds with one stone by creating a project that reflected much of my schooling experience as well as fulfilling a personal goal to record the life of my grandpa. I will be interviewing my grandpa and recording his responses on this blog. I hope that you find his life to be interesting. Please share any questions that you would like me to ask him, any stories you would like to share about him, or anything else that could help with this project. |
