| Introduction | I am a 32 year old who would have never thought in a million years that I would ever need a transplant. Was unlucky and contracted Hepatitis A from contaminated food and went into acute liver failure. I was so very lucky to get the gift of life with a new liver. I am now an advocate for organ donation and just happy to be alive. Forever grateful for my donor and family.
