Introduction To make a long story short... I packed on some serious poundage while on bedrest during my pregnancy. It dawned on me that since my child is now getting ready for PRE-SCHOOL the whole "well it's baby-weight" excuse just ain't cuttin' it anymore! I began my journey at 280.4 lbs. Last year I dropped down to 218, and then balooned back up to 260 over the winter when I stopped exercising. No more. Here I am... doing it for the last time. This is it. Get rid of this gosh-be-darn weight, and get rid of it FOR GOOD. Towanda? YEAH... TOWANDA!
