| Introduction | My name is Patricia Neely-Dorsey. I am from Tupelo,MS. I am a 1982 graduate of Tupelo High School. I received a BA degree in Psychology from Boston University in Boston,Massachusetts. My first book of poetry, Reflections of a Mississippi Magnolia-A Life in Poems.(GrantHouse Publishers 2008) and my second book, My Magnolia Memories and Musings- In Poems (Feb 17, 2012) are both true celebrations of the south and things southern. There are so many negative connotations associated with Mississippi and the south, in general. In my books, I attempt to give a positive glimpse into the southern way of life.
