| Introduction | I'm a 35 year old married mum of 1 with hypertension. Currently medicated on 16 mg of Atacand I'm hoping to decrease this through DASH - Dietary Approaches to Stopping Hypertension. I have a healthy BMI and I'm within a healthy weight range for my height. I don't know why I have hypertension but I'm too young to be thinking about stroke and heart attack! |
