| Favorite Movies | Not surprisingly, I love movies about places or that feature a particular place as a backdrop, such as Paris When it Sizzles, Sabrina (the original, please), James Bond films, Funny Face, Mediterraneo, To Catch a Thief, La Vita e Bella, Reds, Window to Paris, Delicatessen, Mustang. But I also like American musicals, Body Heat, Rear Window, Argo, Caddy Shack, Princess Bride, Wayne's World, She's the Man, Mama Mia, The Parent Trap (I prefer the original but the remake is pretty good, except the only reference to 'Let's Get Together' appears near the end of the movie and anyone who didn't see the original will have no idea what it means), Midnight Cowboy, Klute, Goodbye Girl, Good Morning Vietnam, Apocalypse Now, The Godfather, Coming Home, On Golden Pond, Evan Almighty, and yes, The Grateful Dead Movie. |
