About Me

San Francisco Bay Area guitarist Az Samad has been performing professionally for more than 10 years. His musical palette includes classical, jazz, pop, new age and world music influences. An accomplished performer, his music has graced venues all over the Bay Area, Boston, New York, West Virginia, Great Britain and South East Asia. As an educator, he currently teaches private lessons at his home studio in Berkeley, CA. He has also taught at the Berklee College Of Music (Boston, MA) Summer Guitar Sessions.
