Introduction	Welcome! I am a people, animal and nature lover. I continue my journey to live a healthier lifestyle. I am not a workout or health fanatic. I am a person just like you, trying to make changes for improvement. I'm excited on what I can accomplish this year. I'm back walking again this Spring. My knee has been giving me a little trouble since my meniscus tear knee surgery in December 2011. I'm thrilled about being employed again after so very long, which finally ended February 2012 with a new job. Life is getting better, I look forward to the experience each journey brings!
