| Introduction | Welcome to 'Fallin' for Firsties (formally Ladybugs, Fireflies & Big Bright Eyes). My name is Nikki Hensley, and I teach first grade. I have been teaching for 18 years. I taught kindergarten during my first three years. I have an Ed.S Degree in curriculum and instruction with a specialization in K-3 education. I use the Daily 5 Literacy Framework in my classroom and enjoy finding ways to imcorporate technology in the classroom as much as possible. I have a wonderful daughter who spends her time cheering and tumbling. I spend my free time tumbling after her! Anyone who has kids involved in sports can relate. |
