Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

In my business, FLEXIBILITY for sure! Certainly mental flexibility to go with the flow & be able to adapt to all the changes that happen in planning & coordinating a wedding. Mind you, physical flexibility doesn't hurt either.
