Introduction | I have 30+ years' experience in the field of software performance. From 1999 until 2006, I was a Consulting Director then General Manager of the Professional Services business unit at Keynote, working on all aspects of Web site performance management. Before that I was a consultant and a founding partner of Database Associates, and a principal consultant at BACHMAN. During 16 years with IBM, I was a Sales Engineer in London specializing in IMS performance, then a developer of the DB2 database system in San Jose, where I worked on software performance modeling, measurement, and tuning. |
