| Introduction | Hello my name is Pedro Meneses and I am currently a Captain with Montgomery County Fire Rescue. I have almost 15 yrs on "The Job" and am currently assigned to Battalion 1 in Burtonsville, MD, Station 15/A-shift. I have been a certified IAFF-IAFC Peer Fitness Trainer (PFT) for the past 8 years or so and have assisted and lead Recruit Classes for MCFRS. Currently, I am on a plan to get back in shape and luckily have a very motivated shift who works out. We had some interest from the other shifts in sharing our Firehouse WOD's so here we are.
