| Introduction | I am blessed with the option of being a stay at home mom. Sometimes I miss working in the food industry because I loved my degree in food science and I still get all excited and start using my hands a lot when I talk to people about food innovations and technology. I try to put some of that to use when trying to come up with new recipes that are allergen free for my girls. That, and I simply love to bake and feed people. I have learned more about food in two years of dealing with food allergies than in four years of college food science! |
