| Introduction | Hi! I'm Sara Plot, 32, a graphic designer. I opened this blog out of love and passion for food and life. I feel that the more that the food that I'm eating is close to nature, it makes me feel close and connected to nature and to myself too. I believe that in natural food, non processed & without animal products, there is a healing power that can effect the energy of the planet & the human beings . I opened the blog so I will be able to share colorful and simple recipes that based on my beliefs. May all beings be happy.
