| Introduction | Hello, my name is Matt and I am a lifelong horror fan who grew up watching everything from slashers to sci-fi to supernatural flicks, with a whole lot of other genres in between. This blog has been created to let me vent out my feelings towards the film genre that I love the most, horror. I grew up watching everything in the horror genre that I could get my hands on: horror flicks, Tales from the Crypt, Monsters, Tales from the Darkside, The Twilight Zone, Troma, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, USA's Up All Night, TNT Monstervision, and whatever I would find at my local mom and pop video store. Horror films are not my only area of knowledge too. I also love different movie genres, comic books, sports, and pop culture. I am pretty much a walking, breathing database of really nerdy, geeky stuff. I'll write a top ten list of best death scenes in the Halloween franchise one day, and then the next day I will write about the best Batman costumes of all time. Pretty random, I know, but that's just how my mind works. Oh, and I have never designed a blog or website in my life, so if you don't like the look of the blog, just bare with me. I'm learning new stuff every day. |
