Introduction	Fresh food, nothing tastes better! I love finding new ways to combine and cook fresh ingredients. So, I have decided to start a new challenge for myself. Find one fresh ingredient each week and a new way to prepare it for my family. Whether I find it at my farmers market, local market, or backyard garden (if it survives my gardening skills) we will taste and learn about this food together and prepare it in a way to appreciate its goodness.
