| Introduction | I am a World Champion Sportsman, Hypnotherapist, Personal Trainer, and Performance Expert. My clients range from men and women from all walks of life, as well as athletes, the British Army, executives and top celebrities. I constantly study psychology, neuroscience, linguistics, physiology, nutrition and more. I am not afraid to question those teaching me and to do my own research - often finding common held beliefs are actually myths. My sporting career has seen me compete in over 20 countries with career highlights including being a 13x World Champion. Currently retired from professional sport I currently enjoy running mountain ultra-marathons with my two huskies. I have appeared in television, radio and film media all around the world including coverage of my sports career, as a commentator, being a stunt fight performer in films, and even spent 48hrs being interrogated by US Military for a television documentary. My first book “No Worries” has been released on Amazon, helping a wider audience become free from stress and anxiety.
