| Introduction | I'm a Spinning® International Master Instructor and former Professional Cyclist. I've raced on several U.S. based Professional Cycling Teams for more than a decade. In all the years of training, racing, being in the pro peloton and learning from some of the best experts in the cycling industry, I have gained great insight and experience that I am inspired to bring to both worlds of cycling - indoor and out. I have also been a integral part of the Spinning® program worldwide, as an ambassador and MI for over 19 years, and continue to help drive the Spinning® community to evolve and find a better ride. |
