| Introduction | I am a first generation Italian. My family life has been rich in traditions, many of which revolve around large gatherings and great food! As a child, some of those traditions seemed silly but as one grows older (and wiser!), you come to appreciate certain things more and more. You then strive to preserve as much of these things for future generations. ! Enter the birth of this website! What better place not only to document these things, but even a better place to share them! The stories, traditions, and recipes that will be shared with you have become a part of my life and its celebrations. Nothing definitive, but rather, a slice of life! I hope you find this site innovative, educational, motivational, and above all, fun!
