About Me

"Yahmdallah Bjorknickerfod" is the full fake web name I use. I'm a web warrior from back in the Mosaic days and discovered early that a bit of anonymity is prudent. I came up with the name back in college because my roomies and I would pen obscene limericks to post at our infamous parties. Anonymity proved useful, then, too. I went for an unidentifiable, yet international feel. I sometimes wonder if the Islamic-esque first name is wise, as I'm probably on some govt. and middle-eastern lists because of it, but I've had it for so long now, I don't really want to change it. I'm a middle-aged guy of Swedish/Irish/Scottish descent, with a lovely wife and two beautiful daughters. I blog because I can. I have no excuse. Essentially, I inhale movies, music, and books (three of my four vices) and exhale my impressions and dislodged memories here. I hope you enjoy your visit(s).
