| Introduction | I think I am done with half of my life (assuming I live past 60), so I am turning a new page and starting a new one. After working my ass of as a structural engineer for the past 8 years or so, having 3 kids and a wonderful hubby to boot I am back to school again. I am learning to cook! I know many would not believe I would walk this way, but sometimes we realize what we really want to do in life a little later than the others. It took a lot of guts to leave my comfort zone and venture in a world that is a bit unfamiliar but a world I am eager to discover. Join me in my journey of culinary discovery.
