| Introduction | Dr. Sanusi Umar is a pioneer and innovator in the field of hair transplantation. A fellowship trained cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Umar is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Before becoming a dermatologist, Dr Umar was board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dermatology is the study of skin, hair and nails. After an intensive 3-year residency program in Los Angeles, California, Dr. Umar received certification by the American Board of Dermatology; the governing board for hair medicine. Following his passion for discovering new and innovative ways to bring minimally invasive methods to health and healing, Dr. Umar completed a 14 month certified fellowship training in Cosmetic Surgery Under the aegis of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS). |
